Updated June 11, 2022: Our COVID-19 screening questions and masking recommendations remain in place. All staff continues to encourage physical distancing in the clinic space and wear a mask at all times.
What we are doing
- Pre-screening all patients and visitors before and upon arriving in the clinic.
- Masks are to be worn by all staff.
- All patients and visitors are strongly encouraged to wear masks during their clinic visit.
- First-time patients are encouraged to fill out their intake form before arriving for their appointment.
- The clinic will be operating by appointment only. No walk-in allowed. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Physical distancing is encouraged by having little to no patients in the waiting area.
- Additional time are set up for increased sanitization of the treatment room and all high-touch areas between each appointment.
- All patients are asked to not bring additional friends or family to their appointment.
- Increased air flow and ventilation encouraged with air purifier installed in each room.
